All four trades are handled by our own crews, and every job starts with a written assessment: a claim where the damage qualifies, an affordable quote and financing where it does not.

From your first call to a clean, finished roof

Book the inspection

Pick a time by phone or through the form on this page, and we will confirm the visit and who is attending.

We assess the roof

We go up, photograph what we find and check the attic side too: insulation, ventilation and where the water is actually getting in.

You get a written quote

An itemised quote with the work split into what is urgent and what can wait. Nothing starts until you accept it.

We do the work

A set start date, a tidy site each evening, and a walk-through at the end with the photos of everything that was done.

Every job starts with the same assessment. If the damage qualifies for an insurance replacement we document it and deal with your adjuster; if it does not, you get an affordable written quote and financing to spread it.

Before you book

The questions we are asked before every job

If yours is not here, call (205) 887-1568 and we will answer it straight.

We inspect it and tell you straight. Storm, hail and impact damage generally qualifies where it meets the thresholds insurers work to. You get the photographs and a written assessment before you decide anything.

Then it becomes a normal renovation quote. We price the same work affordably and you can spread it with financing instead of paying for it all at once.

We do not publish prices, because size, access and materials move them so much. You get an itemised written quote after the assessment, with a payment schedule and finance options if you want them.

Most reroofs are done in one to three days, siding in about a week, and floors room by room. Material arrives the morning we start, the roof is left watertight each evening, and the yard is swept for nails before we go.

Both, and we will tell you which one you need. If a repair will give you another ten years, that is what we quote. If the decking or structure has gone, patching it would just be taking your money.

We work across the local area. Send your address with the booking and we will confirm the visit. If you are outside our patch we will say so rather than waste your time.
